Problems related to declining employee performance are still a major focus in the world of work, especially in organizations that have not implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) optimally. The methodology used is quantitative meta-analysis with the help of OpenMEE software, a total of 10 relevant scientific articles that have gone through a systematic selection process. Inclusion criteria include publications between 2014–2023, listing SOP and employee performance variables, and statistical data that allows for the calculation of effect size. The results of the study showed a significant positive relationship between the implementation of SOPs and increased employee performance, indicated by the average effect size value which is in the medium to high category.
