Post-Publication Discussion Policy

Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan supports constructive scholarly discussion of published articles. Post-publication discussion aims to encourage the exchange of academic ideas, clarify research findings, and improve the quality and integrity of scholarly publications.

Readers, researchers, and members of the academic community may submit responses, questions, or scholarly comments on published articles through the journal's official contact channels. Submissions should identify the article concerned, maintain a professional tone, and provide relevant arguments and supporting evidence where appropriate.

The editor will assess submissions based on academic relevance, scholarly substance, clarity of argument, and compliance with publication ethics. The editor may request clarification, invite the original author to respond, or determine appropriate follow-up action.

Post-publication discussions must not contain personal attacks, discrimination, hate speech, unsupported allegations, or material that violates academic ethics. The editor reserves the right to reject or decline to pursue submissions that do not meet these standards.

If a discussion raises concerns about research errors, ethical violations, or issues that may affect the reliability of a published article, the editor will address them in accordance with the journal's publication ethics and correction and retraction policies.

JAK is committed to maintaining open, objective, transparent, and responsible post-publication discussions that contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
