Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan (formerly known as Artes Liberalis) is a scientific journal for experts and specialists in office administration, secretarial affairs and other related sciences which puts forward thoughts in the form of written works, analysis, critical reflection and aims to disseminate ideas, views, opinions, results of scientific studies and other matters directly and indirectly related to administration and secretarial affairs.

Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan adopts an Open Access (OA) policy, allowing all published articles to be freely and permanently accessible to the public without subscription fees.

All articles are published licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonComercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. license. Authors retain copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, and distribute the articles for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given and derivative works are distributed under the same license.
