Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student interest and job prospects on student decisions in choosing the D3 Secretariat program FEB UNSOED. The object in this study was D3 Secretariat students class of 2017 and 2018. The method used in this study was quantitative descriptive method. The sample in this study amounted to 96 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data collection instruments using a questionnaire. Testing data using simple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) interest has a positive effect on student decisions in choosing study programs, 2) employment prospects have a positive effect on student decisions in choosing study programs
