This classroom action research was conducted to understand students’ comprehension of the material taught, which includes skills, knowledge, and attitudes, through the use of digital systems and electronic tools in practical lectures. The content related to skills and knowledge was delivered using digital systems and electronic devices. This research aims to determine how the use of digital platforms and tools can support vocational students in the Office Administration program in gaining a better understanding of the material. The instructor monitored students as they worked, providing direct interaction when necessary to correct deviations from given instructions. At the same time, discussions on attitudes took place through interactions between students and instructors in the form of class discussions. On the other hand, the use of digital systems and electronic tools is expected to enhance students’ proficiency in utilising these resources. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, using surveys by distributing questionnaires to respondents online via Google Forms. The data collected were both quantitative—percentage data presented in diagrams showing students’ understanding of the material, instructors’ teaching preparedness, and the effectiveness of the tools used—and qualitative, in the form of students' narrative feedback on each session. In this research, students were more actively involved in class, as they had to complete tasks assigned on the same day within a specified timeframe. Overall, the findings indicate that students were able to follow the lectures and complete administrative tasks using digital systems and electronic tools, and they successfully simulated secretarial tasks as they would occur in a real work environment.
