This research has never been conducted. The data sources collected have never been studied. The results of this study can be used as evaluation material for industrial work practice programs. The results of the study are expected to be useful for curriculum development. So far, the assumption is that all students who do industrial work practice are very good. Industrial work practice students are very satisfying, even the praise from field supervisors is always very good. All industrial work practice students are considered very good by field supervisors need to be proven by research. The purpose of this study is to describe in full the condition of student professionalism according to the assessment of field supervisors.This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study on the assessment of student professionalism show that overall information is obtained that there are 0.12% in the range of 0-59, 2.30% in the range of 60-69, 14.20% in the range of 70-79, and 83.38% in the range of 80-100. With these data, 83.38% of students have excellent secretarial skills and professional abilities.
