Jurnal Administrasi dan Kesekretarisan (formerly known as Artes Liberalis) is a scholarly journal intended for experts and specialists in the fields of office administration, secretarial studies, and other related disciplines. The journal emphasizes scholarly contributions in the form of written works, analytical studies, and critical reflections, and aims to disseminate ideas, perspectives, opinions, research findings, and other matters directly or indirectly related to administration and secretarial studies.

The journal is published twice a year, in March and September. It contains articles derived from research findings, conceptual papers or literature reviews, obituaries, and reviews of newly published books.
