Effective management of office activities, particularly within the administrative field, is essential for supporting smooth corporate operations. On the other hand, the rapid development of digital technology has driven the use of technology in office administrative activities. Responding to this need, this study aims to design a cloud-based digital filing system to address room inefficiency and security risks in conventional personnel records management at PT Karma Koncepts Indonesia, an F&B startup with a high employee turnover rate. The method used is a qualitative case study, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and direct involvement in personnel administrative activities. The results indicate that the primary issue stems from the absence of standardized digital filing procedures. As a solution, a digital repository was developed on Google Drive with a structured folder classification system based on the employee lifecycle, supported by Standard Operating Procedures. The implementation of this system successfully reduced physical files accumulation, minimized the risk of document damage, and accelerated the data retrieval process. Consequently, administrative efficiency and corporate document management can be significantly improved.
