Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia generate large amounts of GDP, so MSMEs are an important part of the Indonesian economy. As an important part of the economy, technological trends in the industrial revolution era 4.0 have had to contribute a lot in the development of micro small and medium enterprises. Technology trends in the industrial revolution era 4.0 are in data exchange and data automation. This will certainly greatly help the business administration process that exists in micro, small and medium enterprises. Another phenomenon that occurs in the field is that there are many Indonesian small and medium micro business operators who have not carried out administrative records on an ongoing basis and have neatly organized archiving. So that researchers have the aim to find out what kind of information system that is expected by small and medium micro businesses so that they are able to assist the administration of micro and small businesses through qualitative methods by asking a number of open questions so that it is known that the information system is automated using simple language is expected to be very helpful for entrepreneurs in managing their business administration.
