Research on the OJT Assessment of ASM Santa Maria Semarang students for the 2019/2020 academic year in the Business and Industrial World (DuDi) Semarang aims to determine the competence and personality of students as professional secretarial candidates that are very much needed in every organization/business world/industrial world. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the achievements and personalities of ASM Santa Maria Semarang students who carry out OJT activities in the business world and the industrial world can apply the knowledge that has been obtained in lectures at the student's OJT place. These knowledge and skills can be improved to prepare students to enter the world of work.
