The secretary's task is very heavy regarding organization and administration, how to build the image of a company is also a difficult task. How the behavior of helping and working extra outside working hours and duties as a secretary is often experienced, so Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in secretaries is special and this behavior becomes a secretarial behavior. . Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a behavior that shows a more outside role as a secretary. This study aims to describe OCB in secretaries. The stages of the research carried out in the study were as follows: The preparatory stage carried out observations and introduction to the subject, namely the observation / initial observation of the secretary in the Cilacap district, then determining the sample, the study used 40 samples. The measurement results were analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results showed that most of the secretaries agreed to behave OCB.
