Performance assessment based organization Human capital is an interesting thing that needs to be developed by the company. This study aimed to determine the effect of Organizational Performance Against Human Capital. Human Capital is the economic value and human resources related to ability, pengerahuan, ideas, skills of a person. While the performance of the organization is an overview of the level of achievement of the implementation of the task. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with PT.Mega Bakti Teknik employee population sampling techniques with methods used are based on probability sampling technique that is proportional random sampling, where the sample is selected proportioned and methods of analysis used linear regression analysis. These results indicate that human capital in PT. Mega Bakti technique in the category of good, Organizational Performance in PT. Mega Bakti technique in the category of good, and Human Capital positive and significant impact on Organizational Performance
