The rapid growth of digital technology has given the convenience for many people as well as in office life. The use of technology brings many benefits in term of finishing secretarial tasks. This study aims to provide reference for secretary in finishing tasks efficiently. Effciet in this study has the condition in which the secretarial tasks can be done in a short time and energy-effcient manner due to the use of technology. The method implemented in this study is descriptive qualitative. This study provides the short description on how the digital technology is used in office real life. There are three components in digital technology that are essential in office life namely software, hardware, and human as the controller.
