Analisis Sistem Informasi Akademik Sivoka sebagai Media Pelayanan Administrasi Bagi Mahasiswa di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of academic information systems in providing administrative services to students in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, especially at the Universitas Brawijaya Vocational Education which uses a website-based academic information system called Sivoka. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of case study research with interview data collection techniques and observations on the Sivoka website. The results showed that; Sivoka can support academic activities remotely in the COVID-19 pandemic situation, namely the convenience provided by Sivoka to take care of student academic needs, especially related to correspondence without having to come directly to campus.
