Pengaruh Penggunaan Sikd Berbasis Web terhadap Pengelolaan Surat Masuk dan Surat Keluar di Kantor Dinas X

Abstract

This study aims to measure the magnitude of the effect of the use of Web Based SIKD on the management of incoming and outgoing letters at the X Office. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out through a questionnaire with a sample of 10 people. The results show that mail management has a significant effect on the use of web based SIKD with an T count of 3.186 and a significance value of 0.013. The effect of letter management on the use of web based SIKD is 55.9% while 44.1% is influenced by other variabels not examined in the study.
