Peran Himpaudi Bekasi Barat dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja SDM pada PAUD

Abstract

One of the important factors to produce quality Early Childhood Education institutions is to gather elements of educators and education staff to improve the resulting performance to be more optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the role of the Himpaudi organization in improving the performance of human resources in Early Childhood Education institutions. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method. The data collection using a questionnaire using a google form. The questionnaire consists of 16 questions with a total of 62 respondents. The results of the study show that the activities held by Himpaudi, West Bekasi District so far, have provided new knowledge and increased performance to its members based on the results of 90% of respondents' answers.
