The purpose of the study was to determine and investigate how various leadership philosophies and aspects of work motivation impact workers' performance at the PT Pegadaian Kalimalang Branch. All 40 workers of the PT Pegadaian Kalimalang Branch were included as participants in the saturation sampling technique. A questionnaire was employed in the data gathering process. Multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, data quality testing, and verifying traditional assumptions were all part of the data analysis process. The findings demonstrated that the leadership style variable's t-value was more than the table's t-value (6.959 > 2.024), indicating that employee performance is significantly impacted by leadership style. Because the work motivation score is greater than the table's crucial threshold (2.566 > 2.024), employee performance is significantly impacted by work motivation. There is some effect from variables X1 and X2. Simultaneously, the significance value is 0.00, which is less than 0.05, and the F value for the two independent variables is greater than the F table value (62.247 > 3.25). demonstrating how employee performance is influenced both partially and simultaneously. The R Square value is 75.5%, indicating how well X1 describes Y. It is 61.9% for X2 explaining Y. The R Square value rises to 77.1% when X1.
