Abstract

Marketing Communication Strategy is an important thing to implement in every business sector. Marketing communication strategy is a way for companies to be able to market their products and services. In the midst of the current pandemic, the marketing communication strategy needs adjustments. Companies are also required to make big changes (big swifting) in order toadapt to the existing changes. Changes in marketing communication strategies are needed so that the strategies carried out are relevant to current conditions. This research was conducted at a technology-based company PT Solusi Finansialku Indonesia. Even though this company is already  based  on  technology,  this  company  also  needs  to  make  adjustments  so  that  the products or services offered remain in accordance with market demand. Data collected through in-depth interviews with Marketing Communication PT Solusi Finansialku Indonesia as Key Informants and several staff as informants as well as to test the validity of the data. The results show that the public relations marketing strategy implemented by PT Solusi Finansialku Indonesia is the right strategy to stay close and connected with the public. This strategy is adjusted by utilizing a digital platform in every activity carried out.
