Pelatihan Microsoft Excel Tingkat Mahir untuk Para Alumni Kejuruan Operator Komputer PPKD Jakarta Timur

Abstract

Microsoft Excel is a software application that is widely used by computer users to manage data. Microsoft Excel is very appropriate to use to manage data containing calculations with various formulas for company or organizational administration purposes, for this reason, advanced level Microsoft Excel training is needed for Computer Operator Vocational Training participants at PPKD (Regional Job Training Center) East Jakarta, as a provision to enter the world of work. The skills of the East Jakarta PPKD Computer Operator vocational alumni need to be improved with the ability of Advanced Level Microsoft Excel where in this training they are taught database management and various formulas needed in database management using Microsoft Excel. To prevent transmission due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, in accordance with government regulations, training is carried out online using the Zoom application. The method of carrying out activities is carried out starting from planning, observing, offering cooperation, preparing proposals and training materials to implementation and evaluation as well as making a final report. Based on the results of the PKM training, it was concluded that the PKM training participants were able to master all the training materials well even with a few notes and input from the training participants so that the PKM team did not equate the duration of time for each training material, but the duration of the training time was adjusted to the level of difficulty of the material. -the material provided, so that material with different levels of difficulty gets a longer duration of time and vice versa for easier material the duration of time is shortened so that the level of difficulty is balanced with the duration of the time provided.
