Pelatihan Daring Kepemimpinan OSIS Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract

OSIS Leadership online training during the Covid-19 pandemic is currently undergoing changes in leadership in monitoring their subordinates. Therefore we need the right strategy in managing OSIS in the school environment. Community Service Activities in the form of online training aimed specifically at students of the Telesandi Bekasi Vocational High School aims to foster the confidence of OSIS members during the current Pandemic. Activities are carried out online through the media zoom meeting in the form of training. The activity has benefits that can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants through questions about the concept of OSIS leadership in the current Pandemic, starting from the interest of students who will enter the Student Council. The results of the activity show that debriefing training for future leaders is very important as a provision in leadership regeneration.
