Communication in virtual space occurs not only in an interpersonal context but also within the group. A collaboration-based communication platform/Team Communication Platform (TCP) such as Slack and Asana which are combining various features on social media such as social networking platforms and short messages is deemed important to achieve an effective and efficient communication. This community service activity aims to provide the students with an understanding of effective small group communication management, and an understanding of the use of cloud management platforms as a medium for group communication in SMA Negeri 2 students. The activities were held on 13 Des 2020; the target activities were 70 students at SMA Negeri 2 Tambun Utara. The training media used are Powerpoint, Mobile, Slack, and Asana. The training was given in the form of lecture, discussion, and practice. The practice was given until students were able to operate various cloud platforms (Slack and Asana). The results of the training showed that students could use and operate various platforms (Slack and Asana) to manage student group communication, especially creating an effective team communication in a virtual room. Thus, students after participating in this activity were able to independently operate various platforms (Slack and Asana), especially in completing group-based school assignments. In addition, to increase the creativity of students in the era of information and communication technology which is increasingly advanced and developing, similar training activities need to be carried out frequently to familiarize students with utilizing technology, especially in building team communication among students.
