Plastic packaging is very familiar to us all nowadays because almost every day we use plastics, for example, plastic bag: at least one plastic bag per one person. Not only that, a variety of packaging products for food and other things are in plastics. According to the author's observation, approximately 98% or even 99.5% of snack products are packaged in plastics. This paper is to report a community service carried out in the community of the Bojong Rawa Lumbu Bekasi. The goal was they knew how to utilize plastic packaging waste into something valuable that might add to the family's economy. The plastic waste was collected by residents in RT 04 RW 28, Bojong Rawa Lumbu District, Bekasi, and then handed over to the Garbage Bank every Saturday. This activity was carried out using counseling method and hands-on practice on how to sort plastic waste following Reuse, Reduse, and Recycle methods. The results of this activity was promising. They were more skilled in sorting plastic packaging waste. They were familiar with the process: counseling on how to sort out plastic packaging waste, followed by creatively utilizing the waste, to finally selling the end-products to help the household economy.
