Getting a job is the main goal for most young people after graduating. This job, hopefully, will enable them to fulfil their own needs. But now the balance between job vacancies and job seekers is uneven. Getting information on job openings is the first step; the more job information obtained, the greater the chances of getting a job. Problems arise when sending application letters and other supporting documents. The cost incurred might be high – copying documents, transportation cost, postal cost, and shipping cost. But reducing the number of application letters and other documents might not be an option as it reduces the chance of getting a job call. This paper is to report a community service program conducted by STIKS Tarakanita in collaboration with Perkumpulan Marga Sejahtera. The program covered activity on how to use online job search application to greatly reduce the cost in applying for jobs. The participants were trained to send application letters and other documents to many companies in a short time to get a greater opportunity to get a job call. The participants were trained to try use online job search application assisted by the experienced teachers. Although the activity time was limited, but most participants managed to do the process by themselves.
