Abstract

The program to improve communication skills in dealing with job interviews is a program carried out by Community Service (PkM) of the Tarakanita College of Communication Sciences and Secretariat in collaboration with Perkebunan Marga Sejahtera. This training program aims to provide knowledge and training in dealing with job interviews. The program was conducted in the form of a workshop, after being given knowledge about the importance of knowledge of interview techniques, how to communicate properly and correctly, participants conducted interview simulations using Indonesian and English. After the training, based on interview data obtained from the person in charge of the Association of Marga Prosperous, participants have a greater level of confidence compared to before receiving training. In addition, almost all trainees get jobs after getting training on dealing with job interviews.
