The development of Information and Communication Technology influences the situation and lifestyle of society as a whole, including also influencing the lifestyle of children. The use of digital devices from an early age greatly influences children's activities, they tend to prefer spending hours with their gadgets compared to doing activities outside the home to play bicycles, kites or other games that their parents might do at that age. child. Changes in children's activities and lifestyles where they prefer to spend time with their gadgets also influence their interest in consuming healthy food in the form of fruit and vegetables. Moreover, if both parents are busy working, supervising children, especially regarding food, will be very difficult. For this reason, training in the use of educational game applications to introduce vitamins to kindergarten teachers will be very useful as an alternative in filling learning time in class as a medium for introducing healthy foods to kindergarten children.
