Village Owned Enterprises are business entities and can also be in the form of business legal entities that can provide welfare for village communities through increasing community income and increasing village original income, but this can be achieved if Village Owned Enterprises have reliable human resources. So to have reliable human resources, capacity-building activities are needed, especially the ability to manage Village Owned Enterprises properly. This service is carried out to improve the human resource management capacity of Karya Usaha Village-Owned Enterprises. The target of this service is the management of Village Owned Enterprises and Sipatuhu Village Government Apparatuses. The method in this service is through identifying problems and conducting socialization by providing the material that can overcome the problems faced by Village Owned Enterprises. Starting with providing socialization of village-owned village management regulations as well as the process of drafting village-owned village regulations, ad and art for village-owned enterprises, assisting in the preparation of the governance draft and structuring the village-owned business potential, and strengthening the communication capacity of village-owned enterprises managers increased in multi-stakeholder business partnerships. The results obtained from this activity are increasing the understanding of Village Owned Enterprises managers regarding regulations, objectives, and governance of Village Owned Enterprises. In addition, the communication skills of the managers of Village-Owned Enterprises and Village Government Apartments have also increased.
