Ursulin Education Foundation as a school organizing body spread across various regions throughout Indonesia has a concern in improving education services which are supported by the implementation of daily administration, especially in the field of record management. The problems faced by school units in the field of record management are that it is difficult to classify of records, record storage is still not neat, there is no standardization of the filing system, difficulties in determining the age of records, and recrod retention schedules are not yet available. The purpose of this activity is record management in school units to be organized, avoid the accumulation of recrods, and can find records quickly. The method of implementation is to conduct training for administrative staff or record officers as well as apply it in their respective school units. Through this activity, record classification scheme, and record retention schedules have been produced which are used as standard guidelines within the Ursulin Education Foundation. File arrangement has been carried out in an appropriate manner uniformly in all school units with reference to the record classification scheme by following standard filing procedures. Likewise, to carry out record disposal, especially the activities of moving and destroying records, are carried out by referring to the Records Retention Schedule.
