Membuat Laporan Keuangan Sederhana bagi Karang Taruna Taman Sari Jakarta Barat

Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSME) are being encouraged by the government during pandemic because it gives a solution for lack of employmentsince many companies or industries are experiencing operational difficulties; the employers have to make efficiency where one of them is the reduction of labor. Meanwhile, one of the obstacles for MSMEs is their ability to make financial reports for the businesses they run. In order to monitor the development of the business they are running, financial statement is needed. Financial statement is also used as the consideratin whether they need additional capital so that their business can be more developed with increased turnover. Additional capital means a decrease in production costs so that products are sold more and can reach a wider market. The target of this activity was Pinangsia Youth Organization youth in South Jakarta. The problem was solved in three stages: plan, implementation and evaluation. Planwas carried out by conducting preliminary identification to identify the situation in the field regarding business development in karang taruna as well as making modules and videos to make the materialeasy to understand for participants. The training was conducted using a two-way presentation method in the form of a question and answer session for the financial report preparation workshop. This activity was carried out online using Zoom Meeting application due to the corona pandemic. Evaluation was done by givingtask which was making financial reports. The success of this training was seenbased on the level of success how well the task could be done according to the material provided; there was a positive response from the participants and most (80%) of the participants had understood how to make financial reports and were able to make financial reports that could be implemented in MSMEs in Karang Taruna RW .01 Pinangsia West Jakarta.
