Pelatihan Daring Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan E-Learning dalam Mendukung Pembuatan Soal Ujian Daring bagi Dosen

Tarakanita School of Communication and Secretarial Studies (STARKI) has implemented online learning during COVID-19 pandemic in all learning process throughout the semester including the mid-semester test and end-semester test. All of the activities in the Even Semester of Academic Year 2019/2020 was practically conducted using online platform. STARKI e-learning provides tools in constructing test materials to facilitate the end-semester test and to ensure that the test might be done smoothly. Unfortunately, some lecturers still found obstacles in using this platform, even though this platform provides several test formats, such as multiple choice, short response, and essay. This was the reason of conducting online training using experiment method in which the participants were trained to have hands-on experience in constructing test materials in their own account in STARKI e- learning. The media of this online training was Zoom Meeting. Both pre-test and post-test results showed that there was improvement in the participants’ knowledge and skills in using STARKI e- learning. To optimize the participants’ knowledge and skills in using STARKI e-learning, this activity might be done in smaller groups lecturers based on subjects.
