Keterampilan Bertelepon Dalam Bahasa Inggris Sebagai Sarana Membangun Citra Perusahaan

Abstract

Someone can improve telephoning skills through a lot of practice or telephone simulation. This workshop is done to help secretaries in Medan improve their telephoning skills especially telephoning in English. The training was conducted by a lecturer from Sekolah Tinggi Tarakanita. The company facilitates the secretaries with such training as it is considered important for them. They might set up a telephone conversation with English speaking  people as the  world  is changing  to  global  world.  To  face the globalization secretaries should be able to handle phone calls in Bahasa and in English as one of the international languages.
